We would like to offer our youth families the ability to begin paying now for our 3 large youth events - Ski Trip (February), Camp (June), and Mission Trip (July).
Funds will be held throughout the 24-25 school year and applied to the event once your youth has registered. Please note, registration for each event is still required! This payment plan does not take the place of individual event registration. Registration deadlines (early bird, late registration, cut-off, etc) will still apply and fees will be deducted from the payment balance accordingly. If a balance is due at the close of event registration, we will reach out with payment details.
For families with more than one youth, payments collected will be for the entire household unless otherwise indicated at the time of payment. For planning and budgeting purposes, ski trip pricing will start around $350; youth camp will be at least $375; and mission trip will be at least $475. Prices are subject to change once event costs and details are finalized.
If funds remain in a youth's account at the end of the school year, we will reach out at that time for further instructions.
Payments may also be made by cash or check. Please reach out to Allison Horton (ahorton@fbcalexandria.org) to coordinate payment.
Please note, we cannot set up automatic, recurring payments, but you can use this link to make payments to your youth's account at any time. Feel free to share this link with family members if they'd like to pay towards your youth's trip.
